· Certificate IV in Youth Work or relevant qualifications 

· Prior relevant experience in Community Services 

· Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC - paid work) 

· Current NSW Police Check or willing to obtain 

· Knowledge of NSW Child Protection Legislation 

· Valid First Aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain 

· Implement Trauma-Informed Practices 

· Work within a team environment 

· Ability to work resiliently under stress 

· Current driver's licence and own comprehensively insured vehicle 

· Flexibility to work varying hours including day and evening support shifts, sleepover and weekend shifts, NDIS Support, Transportation and community outreach
